Norway’s Equinor (EQNR.OL), opens new tab said on Monday it is contemplating a sale of some 12.9 million shares in Scatec, representing around 8.1% of the solar energy firm’s share capital.
Equinor said Brokers Morgan Stanley and Nordea are conducting an accelerated bookbuilding to sell the stake, which represents around half of the oil and energy company’s 16.1% holding in Scatec.
